A bigger mystery than the legend of the Bermuda Triangle itself is the question: why have Hollywood not properly exploited the legend of the Bermuda Triangle yet? Aircraft going missing, time-shifts, aliens, monster squids (there’s bound to be, right?) – it’s ripe with potential!!!

Well, screenwriter Daniel Kunka spotted the glaring oversight and has sold his spec script to Warner Bros, who yesterday handed him a cheque for “a mid-six figures” (jammy bastard) for his movie that the studio are eyeing to turn into a new action franchise.

That’s all the details for now (sorry), but rest assured we’ll be keeping a close eye on this as it develops…
