Following on from the reveal of the STAR TREK INTO DARKNESS poster yesterday, comes news courtesy of Simon Pegg himself that fans will no longer have to wait until THE HOBBIT’s December 13th release to get a look at the first footage from the eagerly-awaited sequel. Instead, a shorter one-minute teaser trailer will debut online in just a few short days time! . . .

Screenings of THE HOBBIT: AN UNEXPECTED JOURNEY will carry a longer cut of the trailer, with IMAX presentations showcasing an exclusive 9-minute sequence from the movie.

STAR TREK INTO DARKNESS will open in cinemas on May 17th 2013.
