Just when you thought it was safe to go back to the town centre in a crappy CG storm, Dread Central unleashes the poster for Sharknado 2: The Second One. Evidently trying to be in keeping with the unprecedented success of the first film (80% fresh on Rotten Tomatoes, what were critics fin-king?!), the poster boasts another Shark tornado (in fact its nearly the exact same, only with a new location in the background). In conjunction with the bleedin’ obvious title, the tagline is apparently jousting with the first film’s (much commented on) “enough said” sub-heading, with a bad pun “Shark happens” (uneasy grin). In all seriousness we know this is going to be true garbage but at the same time many people can enjoy it as such. Any film with Tara Reid running from flying sharks is hardly what you can call accomplished.

Sharknado 2: The Second One teararses towards TV Screens next summer and I bet you’ll never guess which channel is airing it! BBC 4, just kidding, it’s the good old Syfy channel.
