Blockade Entertainment and Rainmaker Entertainment are moving the RATCHET AND CLANK videogame series to the big screen, Sony announced today.

The movie is being penned by T.J. Fixman, writer of the recent RATCHET AND CLANK games, and developer Insomniac Games will be helping with the film’s production, screenplay, character development, and animation consulting.

See the debut teaser for the film below, but don’t get too excited; it’s not due for release until 2015.
