Following on from the batch of images released on Monday and the teaser poster released Tuesday (check ’em out HERE if you missed ’em), comes the jewel in the crown of Disney’s recent marketing push for THE LONE RANGER. The first trailer! As you’d expect from Gore Verbinski & Jerry Bruckheimer it’s quite bombastic and showcases the former’s strong visual aesthetic. The fact that it a revolves almost exclusively around one train set-piece either suggests that’s all they have with finished FX right now, or the film will be really really boring. Also, we do have to wonder whether Depp’s clipped accent might ruffle a few feathers. See what you think by watching the promo below. So, without further ado – “Hi ho, Silver!
