UTERO, the new film from writer/director Bryan Coyne (one of the producers of THE HUMAN RACE) has finished principal photography this week in Los Angeles. It’s co-produced by its star, Jessica Cameron, whose directorial debut, TRUTH OR DARE screened at the recent Jennifer’s Bodies festival.

The plot of UTERO sounds intriguing: “an agoraphobic unwed mother who finds her psyche unravelling as she becomes convinced that her unborn child is more monster than human.”

The press release promises that the film “is a character-driven story that is structured in a similar fashion of the horror films of yesteryear. Audiences will be in for a treat as the story is original, and not a retread of story-lines that is all too common in today’s market”.

You can find out more, and keep up to date with the film’s developments via the UTERO Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram pages.
