Here’s another look at one of our most eagerly awaited movies of the year, horror anthology V/H/S. It’s the international version of the same trailer that debuted a few days ago, but it does contain quite a bit of new footage. Synopsis:

A group of petty criminals are hired by a mysterious party to break in and retrieve a VHS tape in an abandoned house. Once inside, they discover a dead body surrounded by old television sets and stacks of VHS tapes. As they view the tapes for the right one, they soon discover the ominous reason why they are there.

Directed by Ti West, Adam Wingard, Glenn McQuaid, Joe Swanberg, David Bruckner and Radio Silence each self-contained, horrifying episode presents itself to be more blood curdling than the next.

No confirmation on the UK release date has been made since the other day sadly, but we’ll update you as soon as it’s announced. For those of you Stateside, you can see it on Magnolia On-Demand (www.magpictures.com) from August 31 and in theaters starting October 5.
