CHAPTER 2 just scared up an ungodly amount of box office over its opening weekend, so it comes without much of a surprise that Sony have quickly announced that a third film in the low-budget (but high quality) INSIDIOUS series is officially a ‘go picture’.

Writer Leigh Whannell will return to pen this entry too, but it’s not yet known which of the cast will come back, or who will direct after James Wan recently turned his back on horror for more mature fare. Such as FAST AND THE FURIOUS 7.
