Despite its obvious comparisons to the 1999 Japanese novel turned manga, then movies, BATTLE ROYALE, we’d be lying if we said we weren’t looking forward to this, especially after watching the full length trailer which Lionsgate have at long last revealed today. With the popularity of the book series (still not read them, sorry), there must be something more going for it than the Hunger Game concept itself.

Official Synopsis:
