Let’s make this clear right out of the gate – Eli Roth is NOT involved in this threequel in any way other than the obligatory ‘based on characters by’ writing credit, so that’s a pretty big red flag right there. Add in the fact that this was never intended as anything other than direct-to-DVD fodder; a troubled production; and the wildly inconsistent horror vet Scott Spiegel at the helm and all signs point to this being a right off.

That said, we’ve gotta admit – we’re diggin’ the trailer. The Vegas setting is refreshing (and apt), the kills look a little more creative (death by cockroach!) and… no, that’s pretty much all – but it’s looking a lot better than we hoped. Take peek and see for yourselves…
