A new image from the set of Brett Ratner’s HERCULES: THE THRACIAN WARS has surfaced, courtesy of Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson on Twitter. Johnson, who stars as the mythical hero, accompanied the picture with the charming message: 

“No ‘over-intellectualized actor speak’. Straight gut talk..bring it on.”

The film is based on the graphic novel of the same name and also stars Ian McShane, Joseph Fiennes, Rufus Sewell, Peter Mullan, Rebecca Ferguson, and John Hurt. It’s been described as a revisionist and more grounded take on the myth than has been seen before. No Zero to Hero, then…
