She doesn’t need to prove nothing to us normal people. She’s an Amazonian for goodness sake! Unless she’s an awful Wonder Woman. Then Warner Bros. will be regretting the new deal they’ve had Gal Gadot sign.

Pressure must be on for Gadot, who is due to take on the superhero that’s had a heck of a troublesome journey to screens of late. Nevertheless, the actress has signed up to a three picture deal indicating that Warner Bros. have her if they need her, if she’s well received by us, the aforementioned ‘normal people’. Just because they’ve locked her down, this won’t mean they’ll be using her for the three she’s signed on for.

There is at least one, obviously: the still untitled Batman/Superman movie,  where she’ll be wondering why she hasn’t got a role big enough to constitute the film being titled ‘Trinity’. Then of course there’s the rumoured ‘Justice League’ film being shot straight after Bats goes up against Supes in 2016. Then what? Will Warner Bros. finally take Wonder Woman out on a solo mission?

There’s been a lot of pessimism surrounding Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, but there’s obviously a reason Warner Bros. would put so much faith in the actress. It’s Zack Snyder we have to look out for. We’re watching, Snyder. Always watching.

BATMAN/SUPERMAN opens May 6th 2016.
