Any Starburst readers in Wolverhampton might like to take themselves down to this weekend’s Futura convention. Running just for one day (Saturday June 15th) this takes place at the Lighthouse in the city centre near the train station.

Starting at 11 am, this includes readings and panels with a host of authors such as Ian R MacLeod, Ken MacLeod and Adam Roberts. There’s a café and a real ale bar to keep you lubricated and refreshed and even a reduced price opportunity to see Star Trek Into Darkness.
