Hot on the heels of last month’s brilliant red-band trailer, Yahoo Movies have revealed the first poster for the promising looking EVIL DEAD reboot.

Although it gives little away, the poster confirms, if you could still be in any doubt after the trailer, that this version is set to be a much more hardcore take than the classic, tongue in cheek original.

Directed by newcomer Fede Alvarez, the EVIL DEAD is produced by original collaborators Sam Raimi and Bruce Campbell, and is released in the UK and US on April 12th.
