And the GHOSTBUSTERS 3 saga continues! (Yes, yes, we’re getting weary too).

Dan Aykroyd confirmed the rumours that Bill Murray was categorically NOT interested in joining he and Harold Ramis in their long-in-development threequel earlier this year (even going as far as to suggest the role of Peter Venkman could be re-cast!), a recent interview with Chicago’s WGNtv.com sees Murray hinting otherwise.

“It’s a possibility”, responds Murray when quizzed about the long-in-development project.

Ok, so sure, that’s all he says before quickly moving on, but still, we’d prefer to live in hope that Murray relents and signs on, as the movie is highly unlikely to ever get off the ground without him. We wouldn’t advise holding your breath however.
