Back in April we brought you news (here) that Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson had signed on to star in Warner Bros’ latest comic book acquisition, LORE, from IDW. Even then the project was being touted as “MEN IN BLACK with mythological creatures”, so the news that MIB trilogy helmer Barry Sonnenfeld is now in talks to hop on board doesn’t come as much of a surprise. How about thinking outside of the box once in a while, Hollywood? Mind you, he did net them over a billion dollars in the box office with that series, so he’s naturally in their good books. We’ll let you know as soon as we hear more.
