If you haven’t the foggiest why we’d be so excited by this, a quick read of the following official synopsis should make you a convert…

“Towards the end of World War II the Nazi scientists made a significant breakthrough in anti-gravity. From a secret base built in the Antarctic, the first Nazi spaceships were launched in late ‘45 to found the military base Schwarze Sonne (Black Sun) on the dark side of the Moon. This base was to build a powerful invasion fleet and return to take over the Earth once the time was right.

Now it’s 2018, and it’s the time for the first American Moon landing since the 70s. Meanwhile the Nazi invasion, that has been over 70 years in the making, is on its way, and the world is goose-stepping towards its doom.”

First conceived all the way back in 2006, director Timo Vuorensola and co. took two years to self-finance a teaser trailer which they then premiered at the Cannes Film Festival in order to seek financing to complete the film. It attracted much buzz, and has lived on in movie legend ever since.

Like the film’s moon-based Nazis, the filmmakers have been slowly putting their plans into action, and in April of this year will finally unveil their completed film for our viewing pleasure. And if this newly released trailer is anything to go by, it looks as if it won’t disappoint!
