Star Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson has gifted the world another behind the scenes image of upcoming adventure HERCULES: THE THRACIAN WARS, showing X-MEN: THE LAST STAND director Brett Ratner lining up a shot of the mythical hero. The photograph was posted on the wrestler-come-star’s Twitter, along with the message:

“A 300 BC Demigod. A director @BrettRatner hungry to deliver an epic story. Excited to bring you #HERCULESMovie”

HERCULES: THE THRACIAN WARS is set for release 25th July 2014.
