The Amazing Spider-Man 2 awaits a trailer release on the 5th December, so more news was bound to come swinging in. Well, thanks to Superhero Hype, some photos of the action-packed poster have made it to Twitter (see below). Well, we assume this is the official poster; either that or someone is a bloody good con artist. We strongly expect this poster in its entire web-slinging glory to be unveiled around December 5th.

The content is big and bold looking but fills us with a sense of unease. Yes it looks spectacular in terms of scale but many fans may have mixed feelings on this evidence, especially with Rhino’s appearance (Decepticon anyone?). Still no need to get your spidey suit all in a crumple just yet, the results of this eagerly awaited sequel will be revealed on the 18th of April 2014. So for now we ask, do these images (including one of a certain aerial assailant) get the spider senses tingling or leave you floored for the wrong reasons?
