As first teased by the actress herself back in April, the wonderful Hayley Atwell will next reprise her Peggy Carter role in a brand new MARVEL ONE SHOT, the studio’s line of increasingly brilliant shorts.

This time out, Peggy takes centre stage as she aids in tracking down a new villain by the name of Zodiac. Could this be the same Zodiac Cartel from the comic book continuity? We’ll have to wait and see, but if that’s the case, we’d lay money down that we haven’t seen the last of them in the MCU…

Atwell is also joined by Dominic Cooper, who returns as the father of everybody’s favourite genius, billionaire, playboy philanthropist, Howard Stark, and, making his MCU debut, CABIN IN THE WOODS’ Bradley Whitford. Here’s the poster (how cool is that!) and pics, courtesy of EW…

Lucky attendees at this year’s San Diego Comic Con will get to see this ahead of its official debut on September 9th, when it comes packaged with IRON MAN 3 on Blu-ray.
