The sequel to George Lucas’ classic coming-of-age film American Graffiti is heading to DVD thanks to Fabulous Films.

More American Graffiti was written and directed by Bill Norton sees many of the original cast return, including Ron Howard, Cindy William, Charles Martin Smith, and Paul Le Mat. Another returning cast member is one Harrison Ford, albeit in an uncredited cameo.

Synopsis:

Set a few years after American Graffiti, the film takes place over the course of four New Year’s Eves, from 1964 to 1967, tracing the continuing hopes, dreams and romances of these high school friends. Gone are the sock hops, cruise nights and make-out spots. Now it’s all about campus parties, love-ins and peace rallies – as these friends find themselves in the midst of the amazing era that was the mid-‘60s.

More American Graffiti is released on DVD on January 9th.
