After a little bit of a hoo-ha over recent months, it’s all systems go once more on Mission: Impossible 6.

Previously, all movement on the movie was put on indefinitely hold due to a pay dispute involving Tom Cruise. According to The Hollywood Reporter, though, all has been resolved between Cruise, Paramount Pictures and Skydance Media, meaning that the follow-up to Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation is once again looking to start production in Spring of next year.

As well as Cruise returning for the next offering in the franchise, so too is Christopher McQuarrie, with the Rogue Nation writer/director returning to, err, write and direct.

Joining Cruise in returning for this next Mission: Impossible movie is Rebecca Ferguson, with it likely that previous familiar faces from the franchise will also be back for this next outing.

At present, Mission: Impossible 6 is without a release date.
