With the long-gestating sequel to Bryan Bertino’s The Strangers now bringing its cast together, the follow-up has added Martin Henderson to its ranks.

As per Bloody-Disgusting, Henderson, who many genre fans will know from the 2002 version of The Ring, is to be one of the poor souls tormented by the Man in the Mask, Dollface, and Pin-up Girl in The Strangers 2.

Henderson joins a cast that currently includes Christina Hendricks, Bailee Madison and Lewis Pullman, with The Other Side of the Door and the upcoming 47 Meters Down’s Johannes Roberts on board to direct this sequel.

The current synopsis for The Strangers 2 reads:

The film follows a family whose road trip takes a turn when they arrive at a secluded mobile home park, and after the power goes out they decide to hunker down for the night in a borrowed trailer. Under the cover of darkness, three familiar masked psychopaths pay them a visit to test their every limit.
