Brazilian-born Marcia Do Vales is to star as identical twins with terrifying powers in Quail Hollow.

The film (which is currently under its working title) will be directed by Javier De Prado and produced by UK production company Templeheart Films, who were behind Devil’s Tower, Heretiks, and Ibiza Undead – which also showcased the talents of rising star Marcia Do Vales.

Marcia said of the role: “I’m really looking forward to taking on what will be my biggest acting challenge yet. My father was a twin, but unfortunately his brother died very young. So, I‘ve always had a very strong curiosity in identical twins and their unusual relationship.

Check out the official synopsis:

Identical twin sisters Sunny and Mila (played by Do Vales) are born with paranormal powers. Separated at a young age, Sunny ends up institutionalised, while Mila tries to lead a normal life. Ten years on, Mila goes to Quail Hollow to investigate the strange circumstances of her sister’s death and uncovers a shocking truth about their powers.

Marcia will also be seen in the London-based horror thriller The Tombs (directed by Dan Brownlie) and is currently producing The Forseen, the new movie from Bloody Cuts directors Ben Franklin and Anthony Melton.
