The official trailer has dropped for Luck, the Apple Original Film produced by Skydance Animation. It marks Skydance Media’s first fully animated feature.

Directed by Peggy Holmes from a script by Kiel Murray, the animated film tells the story of Sam Greenfield (Eva Noblezada), the unluckiest person in the world; when she stumbles into the never-before-seen Land of Luck, however, she sets out on a quest to bring back some of that good fortune home to her best friend. But with humans banned from entering the mystical place, her only chance to help her friend is to team up with the magical creatures who live there.

The Skydance pic also rounds up a star-studded voice cast. Among them are Jane Fonda (Barbarella) as the Dragon who can sniff out bad luck, Whoopi Goldberg as ‘The Captain’, Simon Pegg (Cornetto Trilogy, Star Trek franchise) as Bob the lucky black cat, Lil Rel Howery (Get Out, Free Guy) as Marv, Flula Borg (The Suicide Squad) as Jeff the unicorn, Colin O’Donoghue (The Rite) as Gerry, John Ratzenberger (Toy Story, The Incredibles) as Rootie, and Adelynn Spoon (Watchmen) as Hazel.
