It had previously been rumoured, but now it’s been confirmed that Kiersey Clemons will be making a cameo in this November’s Justice League.

Clemons has long been cast as Iris West in the Ezra Miller-headlined The Flash, and now the actress has revealed that she will indeed be popping up when DC’s finest heroes come together later this year.

Speaking to Modeliste, the Dope actress explained, “This November, I’m making a cameo in Justice League as Iris West and it’s the first time that you meet her before we get to see her in The Flash with Ezra Miller. It was my first time doing something so extravagant like that. We filmed in London and that’s one of my favourite places.”

As mentioned, Clemons has been long signed on to appear in The Flash as the love interest of Miller’s Scarlet Speedster, but that film itself has been having a few issues over the past year or so. In that space of time, the movie has seen both Seth Grahame-Smith and Rick Famuyiwa depart the director’s chair over creative differences, in turn putting a giant question mark over the picture itself.

At present, Warner Brothers is on the hunt for a new director for The Flash, with recent reports linking Back to the Future’s Robert Zemeckis, X-Men: First Class’ Matthew Vaughn, and Spider-Man’s Sam Raimi to the gig.

Where Justice League is concerned, as Clemons mentioned, that film hits the big screen this coming November.
