Following the addition of Michael Barbieri earlier in the week, Spider-Man: Homecoming has now brought in Kenneth Choi to join the film’s cast.

Deadline is reporting that Choi will be playing the principal of Peter Parker’s high school, which is presumably to be Midtown High. If you’re thinking you’ve seen the actor already in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, that’s because he’s actually appeared as Jim Morita, one of Cap’s Howling Commandos, in Captain America: The First Avenger and even an episode of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.

Choi joins a cast that includes Tom Holland as Peter Parker/Spider-Man, Marisa Tomei as Aunt May, Robert Downey Jr. as Tony Stark, Zendaya as a female lead called Michelle, and roles for Laura Harrier, Tony Revolori and the aforementioned Michael Barbieri. In addition to this, Michael Keaton is in talks to play Adrian Toomes/The Vulture in the first solo movie for Holland’s Webhead.

To be directed by Cop Car’s Jon Watts, Spider-Man: Homecoming is currently set for a July 7th, 2017 release.
