“Goodbye horses…”

While he may be best remembered for his eerie Buffalo Bill in The Silence of the Lambs, Ted Levine is now the latest name to join the upcoming Jurassic World sequel.

Variety broke the news, with Levine joining Chris Pratt, Bryce Dallas Howard, Toby Jones, Rafe Spall, Daniella Pineda, and Justice Smith in the follow-up to Colin Trevorrow’s mega-hit.

Trevorrow isn’t back to direct this time around, for he’s busy with a little movie by the name of Star Wars: Episode IX. He has, however, penned the sequel’s screenplay with Derek Connolly. Stepping into the director’s chair is The Impossible, The Orphanage and A Monster Calls’ Juan Antonio Bayona, with shooting expected to start next month.

At present, this second of a Jurassic World trilogy is set for a June 22nd, 2018 release.
