The upcoming Jurassic World sequel has added another name to its ranks, bringing in Daniella Pineda to its cast.

Variety reports that the actress, best known for The Vampire Diaries, The Detour and Sleeping with Other People, has landed an unknown role in the film. Pineda joins a cast that currently includes Chris Pratt, Bryce Dallas Howard, Toby Jones, Justice Smith, and Rafe Spall.

Jurassic World helmer Colin Trevorrow is tied up with a little movie known as Star Wars: Episode IX, meaning he won’t be back to direct. He has, however, put together the film’s screenplay along with writing partner Derek Connolly.

Stepping into the director’s chair is The Orphanage, The Impossible and A Monster Calls’ Juan Antonio Bayona. The second of a trilogy that began with Jurassic World, the sequel is currently set for a June 22nd, 2018 release.
