Back in 2014, when Sony was famously hacked, one of the more random stories was that a crossover was being planned between the Jump Street and Men in Black franchises. Well, it looks as if that feature is now ‘a thing’.

Variety is reporting that the film, currently known as 23 Jump Street Men in Black, is moving forward and is even in talks with The Muppets and Flight of the Conchords’ James Bobin to direct. Bobin is currently working on Alice Through the Looking Glass, which will be released this May.

No real details are known on this crossover at this stage, bar the fact that Jonah Hill and Channing Tatum will seemingly be involved, and you’d have to think that Will Smith and possibly Josh Brolin and/or Tommy Lee Jones would be brought in as well.

As ever, expect more on this as it develops.
