Cult TV show Ironside is heading to DVD – with two seasons being available from Fabulous Films in November.

Seasons Three and Four – each containing twenty-six episodes – are being made available for the first time on DVD in the UK. The show includes such great guest stars as William Shatner, Bill Bixby, David Cassidy, Vera Miles, Martin Sheen, David Carradine, and David Soul.

The show follows Detective Ironside (Raymond Burr), paralysed from the waist down after a failed assassination attempt. Now confined to a wheelchair, he is head of a special police unit investigating crimes in San Francisco. The show was a massive hit when it was screened on TV between 1967 – 1975, tackling important issues of the day – many of which are just as relevant today – and still has a cult viewing audience all over the world.

Ironside: Season Three and Season Four are available separately from November 21st.
