Psychological horror and thriller Hypnotic has just revealed its first trailer, ahead of its Halloween-time Netflix release on October 27th. The film stars horror favourite Kate Siegel (Midnight Mass, The Haunting franchise, Hush) as Jenn, a young woman who finds herself turning to alternative forms of wellness treatments as a means of self-improvement. After hearing about a renowned hypnotherapist, Dr. Collin Meade (Jason O’Mara, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., The Man in the High Castle), she seeks him out in the hope he can help her move past her trauma – only to discover that his sessions prompt some very dangerous, terrifying, and wholly unexpected side effects.

Hypnotic is non stop. There are a lot of great psychological elements and big twists and turns. We love films like this, and at the end of the day, we hope the audience walks away having enjoyed the ride.”
