Right now, the future of Mark Ruffalo’s Hulk is up in the air.

Last seen on a self-imposed flight to isolation at the end of Avengers: Age of Ultron, when we’ll see the Green Goliath again is open to speculation. According to Ruffalo, the character was initially planned for a role in next May’s Captain America: Civil War before that was nixed in order to keep fans guessing over The Hulk’s whereabouts.

Whilst it’s believed that he’ll be appearing in the two-part Avengers: Infinity War, a rumour doing the rounds claims that he could actually appear way before then. According to JoBlo, we could actually see Hulk join the Thunder God in Thor: Ragnarok.

In addition to that, the outlet goes on to say that the film will take place on a distant planet that is neither Asgard nor Earth, which of course will set tongues wagging over the possibility of some sort of adaptation of the famed Planet Hulk arc.

Treat this all purely as a rumour for now, but would you be a fan of seeing Hulk help out the Son of Odin when Ragnarok arrives in November 2017?

As ever, expect more on this as it develops.
