This June will be the month of the TWISTED KILLER on Horror Channel. A season of murders, stalkers and psychopaths has been lined up for Saturday nights from June 6th at 22:50.

The terror begins with the network premiere of Horsemen (2009) in which Dennis Quaid plays a detective investigating a serial killer which appears to be linked with the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse.

June 13th and 20th are dedicated to that sick killer The Collector. In the first film from 2009 – receiving its UK TV premiere – a would-be robber finds himself (and his boss’ family) as potential victims in the twisted world of the titular murderer. The follow-up, The Collection (2012) the race is once again on to save a young woman from the grasp of The Collector.

The season is topped by the superb cinema classic Peeping Tom (1960) on June 27th. Legendary director Michael Powell’s highly influential film was panned at the time of release for its shock value, but has had a resurgence and is widely acknowledged as one of the greatest films of all time.

Other UK TV premieres in June include the Nazi zombie flick Outpost: Black Sun (June 5th, 21:00), festival hit Almost Human (June 9th, 22:55) Solstice (June 21st, 21:00) from Blair Witch director Daniel Myrick and 13 Eerie (June 26th, 22:50) starring American Mary’s Katherine Isabelle.

All this, plus the many more horrific treats, plus episodes of classic Doctor Who and Star Trek: The Next Generation.
