Horror Channel, the UK’s fantastic TV station dedicated to horror, sci-fi and fantasy has announced their May slate.

Among the premieres are the bloody revenge thriller SAVAGED (which has just been released in the US as AVENGED). Directed by Michael S. Ojeda, it’s a brutal shocker about a deaf-mute woman (Amanda Adrienne) who is attacked while trying to help someone being attacked. An Indian shaman finds her lifeless body and attempts to revive her but in the process she is possessed by the spirit of a crazed Apache warrior, causing her to go on a rampage of vengeance against the men who killed her, all before she completely decomposes. SAVAGED screens on May 16th at 22:55.

There are also UK TV premieres for PAINTBALL (2009), MESSENGERS 2: SCARECROW (2009) and network premieres of MINE GAMES (2012), THE TATTOOIST (2007) and SPLINTER (2008).

Horror Channel is available on SKY (channel 319), Virgin (149), Freesat (138) and Freeview (70).
