Horror Channel has announced a massive season of films to celebrate the 18th FrightFest, which takes place this August.

There will be a double bill of films previously screened at the London festival every night from August 18th – 30th, with some established favourites and plenty of first-run movies.

Titles include the UKTV Premiere of Xmoor (2014), in which a pair of American filmmakers attempt to get a £25,000 reward for filming the notorious ‘beast of Exmoor’. Naturally, they get more than they bargained for. Another first is Cherry Tree (2015), in which a field hockey coach hides the fact she’s also the head of an ages-old witches coven. Hangman (2015), a twisted and terrifying home invasion flick, debuts on August 20th, while on August 25th there’s the premiere of the superb and splatter-filled Deathgasm (2015), which is not to be missed! Eli Roth’s homage to the cannibal film The Green Inferno makes its UKTV Premiere on August 26th and is set to turn stomachs everywhere and the following day, there’s the first screening of the intriguing Aferdeath (2015).

Other popular movies screened during the season are Stung (2015), Cockneys vs Zombies (2012), The Signal (2014), Chained (2012), The Dyatlov Pass Incident (2013), Waz (2007), The Sand (2015), Adrift (2009),  Dead Snow 2: Red vs Dead (2014), Haunter (2013), Bad Milo! (2013), We Are Still Here (2015), Tucker and Dale vs Evil (2011),  I Spit on Your Grave (2010), Triangle (2009), Shrooms (2007), Night of the Living Deb (2014), No One Lives (2012), Final Girl (2015), and The Last Exorcism (2010).
