You have the POWER! The people who brought you the nostalgia-fuelled documentaries Nintendo Quest and Turtle Power are at it again, this time with He-Man and the Masters of the Universe in a movie called Power of Grayskull.

He-Man (and his sister, She-Ra) were one of the definitive kids trends of the 1980s. A swords and sorcery-style adventure with robots and rayguns thrown in for good measure, He-Man is fondly remembered for its ridiculous villains, outrageously muscled toys and a TV show with a moral at the end of every episode.

The filmmakers intend to talk to pretty much everyone involved in this early multi-media phenomenon. From toy makers, to animators, comic book artists, video game creators, this film promises to be comprehensive. The team is seeking public support via Kickstarter to put this feature together. Rewards available for this project are certainly interesting. They include cells from the animated series and even a custom made Masters of the Universe figure crafted in your likeness.
