A francise that they said would end. A francise that then released two more games. A francise that will now release four more.

It is impossible for a games production companies to stick to its words. They lie constantly, and why?

Because if a game makes money, they will make more of that game.

This comes as four more Halo games are announced at E3 Expo. Yes, you heard correctly, four. That means that a franchise that way meant to end atHalo 3, will go six games over.

There is going to be Halo 1 – Remastered and Halo 4. And that is just to begin with.

Halo 1 – remastered will see the game brought right up to speed for the xbox 360. This includes digitally improved levels, both campaign and online. All the online has taken a step up as well. You now can play co-op online and a variety of other things. Basically, make one game, sell it twice. People will buy it.

Halo 4 is the fist game of a new trilogy (even though the story ended at Halo 3). It is unclear why they have announced a whole trilogy but in due time all will be made clear. But mostly, it is for your money.

There isn’t too many details about the latter game, just that it is in development and will be released sometime next year, roughly around the holiday season.

What we do have though is a teaser trailer.

Prepare for a legacy to be destroyed with more games that will undoubtably ruin it.

If not, I promise I will eat my own words.
