With Lionsgate’s Power Rangers reboot now in UK cinemas – and with a reported five sequels lined up – the film’s official social media channels have moved to give longtime fans a nice teaser of what may lie ahead for the future of the franchise. Yes, we’re talking about the fan favourite Green Ranger.
Jason David Frank’s Tommy Oliver was the Green Ranger in the original Mighty Morphin Power Rangers TV show, and the franchise itself saw Tommy return under various different guises, such as the White Ranger, Red Ranger, and even the Black Ranger.

As mentioned, Power Rangers is in cinemas now, and if the film achieves a decent amount of success then Lionsgate and Saban Entertainment are looking for a whopping five sequels to follow it.
