With the sequel to Gareth Edwards’ Godzilla now bringing its cast together, the follow-up has brought in two new additions in the form of Sally Hawkins and Charles Dance.

As per The Hollywood Reporter, the duo have been brought in for the Michael Dougherty-directed sequel. Hawkins, of course, played Dr. Vivienne Graham in Edwards’ 2014 Godzilla, and she’ll be reprising that role here. As for Dance, the Game of Thrones actor’s role in the sequel is currently being kept a mystery.

Hawkins and Dance join a cast that currently includes Millie Bobby Brown, Kyle Chandler, Vera Farmiga, O’Shea Jackson Jr., Aisha Hinds, and the returning Ken Watanabe.

No exact plot details are known for King of the Monsters just yet, although we do know that certain others beasties – such as Rodan and Mothra – will be present in the sequel. Additionally, these Godzilla movies have now been long-confirmed to exist in the same shared universe as this year’s Kong: Skull Island as both legendary behemoths are on a collision course for Godzilla vs Kong in 2020.

At present, Godzilla: King of the Monsters is set for a March 2019 release.
