Only a week or so ago came word that Melissa McCarthy was in talks for a role in Paul Feig’s all-female GHOSTBUSTERS reboot. Now finally comes confirmation on just who will be starring in the redo.

Director Feig took to Twitter to post the below image, revealing the cast for the film:

So that’s BRIDESMAIDS’ Kristen Wiig, THE HEAT’s Melissa McCarthy, TOP FIVE’s Leslie Jones, and LIFE PARTNERS’ Kate McKinnon.

In terms of the previous two films in the franchise, it’s believed that Feig’s film will be its own entity, although it’s been said that there will be some nods to the original movies.

GHOSTBUSTERS is due to start shooting this summer.
