Attention trainers! Nintendo has announced that the long awaited and highly anticipated remakes of POKÉMON RUBY and SAPPHIRE, originally released for the Game Boy Advance, will be hitting shelves sometime this November for the 3DS family of systems.

In a press release, Nintendo stated that the remakes, titled POKÉMON OMEGA RUBY and POKÉMON ALPHA SAPPHIRE, “promise to take players through a dramatic story within a spectacular new world,” and described the upcoming titles as “fresh take” on the originals.

Although a firm date wasn’t announced for OMEGA RUBY and ALPHA SAPPHIRE, it’s interesting to note that the games will launch simultaneously across the globe like last year’s POKÉMON X and Y.

Once you’re done hyperventilating from excitement, check out the very short teaser for the games below.
