Following a series of unofficial teasers across the internet over the last few months, and to coincide with the 75th anniversary of the introduction of one of comics’ greatest villains, director David Ayer has revealed the first official image of Jared Leto’s take on the Joker for the upcoming SUICIDE SQUAD movie.

As you can imagine, the internet exploded upon its release with fans already citing Frank Miller’s seminal work The Dark Knight Returns as a huge inspiration upon this new version of the Clown Prince of Crime. Whatever you think about this new take no one can deny that he’s different! And that difference it’s what keeps up interested in characters for over 75 years!
