Following on from the reveal earlier this week that the third solo Wolverine movie will be titled simply Logan, now comes a first look at Sir Patrick Stewart as an older Professor X.

Both Hugh Jackman and director James Mangold took to their social media accounts to release the picture. The appearance in Logan will mark Stewart’s seventh outing as Charles Xavier. As for the older look for the Professor, you can find that in full below:

For Logan, we’ll have an adventure that will be the very last outing as Wolverine for Hugh Jackman. Battling The Reavers, the Weapon X group, and the nefarious Mister Sinister, Wolvie will be joined in his journey by X-23, a young female Wolverine clone. As well as Jackman and Stewart, there are mystery roles for Boyd Holbrook, Richard E. Grant, Stephen Merchant, Eriq La Salle, Elisa Neal, and Elizabeth Rodriguez.

Logan is set to arrive in cinemas in March.
