Welcome once again to the movie marketplace that is Watto’s Emporium, which rounds up some of the best merch that we found across the online galaxy this week. And it is a momentous day, as the long-awaited clash of DC Comics titans has dawned. Zack Snyder’s Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice is here and while critics reviews have been, well, about as pretty as Two-Face, time will tell whether this movie plays well with fans or becomes kryptonite for the ambitious DC Cinematic Universe (read our verdict here). So in occasion of this, this week’s Emporium is all about caped crusading and god-like strength, all courtesy of our hero-loving friends over at beltsbucklestees.com. So fling open the Emporium gates and take a gander…

3.  Wonder Woman Purse- Logo with Chain Red (beltsbucklestees.com, £15)

The film may be called Batman v. Superman but it’s not just all about the brooding blokes because a certain kick-ass gal (Gadot) makes her way into the fray, as Wonder Woman makes her cinematic debut. So might we suggest picking up the beautifully designed Wonder Woman purse, which sadly doesn’t allow you to lasso criminals (well its not made for that anyway) but does celebrate the female patriot in all her glory.

2. Superman Belt Buckle- 3D Red and Yellow (beltsbucklestees.com, £15)

He’s known as the Man of Steel but this metallic belt buckle is more a steal than steel! This site specialises in belt buckles but arguably none have come nicer looking than this one, which uses the iconic Superman logo to the utmost stylish effect. Never has your mid-section looked more heroic than it does with this colourful Superman logo buckle, which stands out all the more thanks to that 3D effect!

1. Batman T-Shirt- Logo History (beltsbucklestees.com, £17)

Well in spite of the bad press, a sizeable chunk of praise has gone towards Ben Affleck’s portrayal of Batman/Bruce Wayne. No doubt many of you will have an opinion on that, many certainly did back when Affleck was announced as the next man to don the cape and cowl. So to celebrate the ever expanding lineage of The Dark Knight, why not glide on over to beltsbucklestees.com and grapnel this shirt into your basket (or bat-sket). The shirt celebrates the changing logos of Batman over the years and is a classy gift for any longtime Bat-fan out there!

Be sure to keep an eye out every week for our pick of the top 3 funnest, funkiest and freakiest finds in our online merchandising explorations!
