Legend continues to celebrate the Golden Age of genre cinema with a season of double bills. This week, there are a pair of fifties classics. First up the superb Fiend Without a Face (1958), in which invisible creatures are born from telekinesis. If you think an invisible enemy is a cop-out, wait until you see them manifest at the climax! Hammer’s first colour horror film follows with The Curse of Frankenstein (1957), with Peter Cushing as the bad doctor and Christopher Lee as his imposing creation.
