The Super Bowl is considered by many as the greatest show on Earth. As well as the teams that have battled it out to be there in the most prestigious game of the NFL season, you have the singing of the American national anthem, the spectacular halftime show and the amusing halftime commercials. You’ve got the drama of the game. You’ve got touchdowns and the celebrations that follow. Even after the event, the game is still going on in people’s heads as they chat about it at the water cooler in the office.
2025 will see Super Bowl LIX (59) head to the Caesars Superdrome, in New Orleans, Louisiana. The game takes place on February 9. In this post, you’ll find everything you need to know about the 2025 Super Bowl, including why prop betting is such a big part of it. It’s more important than you think!
The importance of props betting in the Super Bowl
The Super Bowl is one of those events that even when you’re not a sports betting, you still feel like laying down a wager on the event. Sports betting enables fans who don’t follow sport to engage more with a particular sport. By studying statistics, reading blogs and learning as much you can about the sport, you can make predictions about outcomes and other aspects of the game.
Super Bowl prop bets are a big part of wagering on the Super Bowl because you’re betting on other aspects of the game and of the event, not on the outcome. You might bet on the player most likely to score a touchdown. You might bet on passing or rushing or defensive aspects. You might place an over/under bet on the length of the national anthem or on the length of specific songs in the halftime show. You don’t necessarily have to know about football to place props bets.

Lamar is expected to play “HUMBLE,” one of his biggest hits, at the show. This song is energetic and always gets crowds fired up.
