Despite Fear the Walking Dead having its up and downs, the show proved to be hugely successful when it pertains to TV ratings. And now the premiere date has been revealed for the series’ second season.

Coming from the recent TCA event, AMC announced that Fear the Walking Dead’s fifteen-episode second season will debut on April 10th in the US. As with most shows these days, the season will be split into two parts, with the first run to feature seven episodes before the series returns later in 2016 with the remaining eight episodes.

The first season of Fear the Walking Dead wasn’t quite as riveting as the standard Walking Dead series, but it managed to become the highest-rated debut season of any series in US cable history. Production on Season 2 started last month.
