If you’re interested in slick, provocative drama based on virtual reality then head to Dailymotion. From March 31st, they will be hosting a free web series called PORTAL. This is the creation of Future Artists with a promising premise:

There’s a brand new drug on the streets; one that requires you to enter a medical-induced coma before you can enjoy the full effects. The drug is known as Portal, and allows you to become anything you ever wanted to be; to live out your wildest fantasies at any point in time, in any space

This is also the first original scripted drama for Dailymotion and is highly anticipated by their 250 million unique monthly visitors. It is directed by Mark Ashmore and stars Chelsea Edge as Sophie, and you can find an exclusive trailer here.

PORTAL will run for six episodes and Future Artists are also promising a feature-length film for late summer 2015.
