Our friends at Grimm Up North have organised a fantastic two nights of classic horror at the end of February in Manchester.

On Feb 27TH, at the Dancehouse Theatre on Oxford Road, they screen the classic John Landis werewolf film AN AMERICAN WEREWOLF IN LONDON. This is a rare and welcome chance to catch the ground breaking 1981 film on the big screen. There will also be a short film (tbc)

Doors are at 7.30, films start at 8pm and there will be drinks offers all night.

Tickets are available here

The following night (Feb 28TH) around the corner at Gorilla on Whitworth Street is Dario Argento’s excellent 1982 giallo TENEBRE, being screened in the newly remastered version released by Arrow Video. A great way to follow Claudio Simonetti’s Goblin concert at Gorilla on Feb 26TH!
